We work strictly with QuickBooks Online for our accounting functions. Payroll is done either through QBO or Gusto depending on the needs of the company we are working with.

We utilize various sources for secure document transfers. We will choose the one that works best for you and your business.

This depends on the scope of work provided. For Fractional CFO clients we meet more regularly. This could be a couple times a month. For compliance bookkeeping clients we generally will schedule a standing quarterly Zoom meeting unless we are performing any additional services.

We work on a retainer bases and set your bill to be paid by ACH or direct debit with an account on file. If we are doing a clean-up project for you, a retainer is due to start the job with the balance due on completion.

Any additional time will be paid at the hourly rate discussed upon the contract signing.

We customize our work schedule based on your needs. Everything will be completed prior to our scheduled meetings.
